The signature headliner that opens the dance evening. Breathwork, movement and electronic music take you into a naturally expanded state - no substances, pure physiology. Then the DJ carries the night until 2am.

Cave Sound Bath
After the dance, lie down inside the white stone caves at Cava Puglia. Healing gongs and sound vibrations wash through the room at 23:00 and 2:00 (reservation only), leaving you rested and restored.

Ecstatic Dance under the Puglian sky until 2am. When you are ready, the Cave Sound Bath (23:00, 2:00, reservation only) inside the white stone caves at Cava Puglia waits with healing gongs and deep sound rest.

Greta Grace.
Greta Grace has been creating transformative experiences for over a decade, and filling them.
Since 2014, she has hosted sold-out international wellness and empowerment retreats across the Mediterranean and beyond. From Puglia to Sardinia to the Italian Alps, guiding a global community of seekers, creatives and leaders through more than a decade of transformative work.
She is the founder of Studio ALVA in Ostuni, European Ambassador of Sound Healing International, and the wellness mind behind Vista Rigenera the daily sunset sound ritual at Vista Ostuni, member of The Leading Hotels of the World.
She is one of only four certified Psychedelic Breath® facilitators in Italy, the only one in Puglia. Psychedelic Breath® is a dynamic breathwork method practiced from Berlin to Burning Man.
Greta has lived and worked in eight countries, and spent years searching the world for her personal paradise on Earth. She found it in the white city of Ostuni.
